Every CRM integration in one list, with what it needs

Zircon CRM connects to the services your company already uses: online payments, Számlázz.hu, e-mail, SMS, Google services, AI assistants and Buffer. Every integration is optional and stays dormant until you enter the account details it needs. On this page, each one comes with what it does and what you need to switch it on.

In short

Which integrations does Zircon CRM work with?

A CRM integration means the customer system exchanges data directly with other services. Zircon CRM connects to ten online payment gateways, Számlázz.hu, SMTP, Gmail and Microsoft 365 mail, IMAP mailboxes, Twilio and Clickatell SMS, Google services, OpenAI and Buffer, and it offers its own MCP server and REST API. Setting them up is usually an admin task.

Sound familiar?

Every tool works. They just don't know about each other.

If two of these ring true, people are still doing the integration work by hand.

  1. 01

    Payment on a separate link

The customer pays through a payment link sent separately, and at month end finance matches each payment to its invoice one by one.

  2. 02

    The same invoice, twice

The invoice is made in the CRM, then someone types it again in Számlázz.hu to make it official. The two invoice numbers never match.

  3. 03

    SMS promised, account missing

Sales promised SMS reminders for overdue invoices. Only at rollout does it turn out that this needs an SMS provider account, and nobody knows whose it should be.

  4. 04

    A mailbox nobody watches

E-mails to the support address are copied into tickets by hand. If that person is busy, the e-mail just sits there.

What it does

What the Zircon CRM integrations give you.

For each group you see what you get and what you need to arrange first.

Online payments with ten gateways

Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, Mollie, Authorize.net and others: the customer pays from the online invoice, and the payment is recorded on it automatically. Where the provider offers one, you can try it in test mode first. Card subscriptions can also run through Stripe. You need an account with each provider, and webhooks for automatic confirmation.

Számlázz.hu for the official Hungarian invoice

For Hungarian companies, the Számlázz.hu integration issues the official, NAV-reported invoice from a Zircon CRM invoice, or imports invoices issued in Számlázz.hu. The official number and PDF come back to the CRM invoice and the customer portal, and payments and reversals registered in Számlázz.hu are mirrored. You need a Számlázz.hu account and a Számla Agent key.

Mail through your own server or OAuth

The system sends through SMTP, or through Gmail or Microsoft 365 with OAuth 2.0 sign-in and no stored password. It turns IMAP mailboxes into tickets (one mailbox per department) and leads, and e-mail piping makes an incoming message a ticket the moment it arrives.

SMS with Twilio or Clickatell

One SMS gateway is active at a time. Messages are one-way and go out with their own editable text, for example for an overdue invoice, a recorded payment, a contract signing reminder or a staff reminder.

Google services and cloud files

A map on the customer profile, events from the company Google Calendar in the internal calendar, file picking from Google Drive and Dropbox, and reCAPTCHA on logins and forms. You need a Google API key, and an app key for Dropbox.

AI: OpenAI and MCP clients

The OpenAI connection adds ticket summaries, reply suggestions and text rewriting, with your own API key. Through the MCP server, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Windsurf and n8n work with CRM data under the staff member's permissions.

Publishing with Buffer, news from RSS

Social Manager sends your own brand's finished posts through Buffer to LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, and follows their status. Any blog or news site with an RSS, Atom or JSON feed can be added, and its articles land in the inbox.

Open interfaces

The REST API gives other systems token-secured access, and the media library has its own API. CSV import and export, PDF documents and ZIP archives cover one-off data moves.

How it works

Four steps to a new CRM integration.

  1. 01

    Choose the provider

Decide which payment, mail or SMS provider the company will work with.

  2. 02

Create the key with the provider

In the provider's own dashboard, create the API key or app registration.

  3. 03

Enter it and switch it on

Enter the details on the matching settings page in Zircon CRM and switch the integration on. Where available, start in test mode.

  4. 04

    Test it

Send a test e-mail, pay a test invoice, run a sync or connect an AI assistant.

Control

Keys and settings stay with your admins.

Off until needed

No integration does anything until you enter the account details it needs.

Secrets in password fields

Payment keys, mail passwords and OAuth secrets are entered in password fields, and several of them are stored encrypted.

Settings tied to permissions

Integrations live on the settings and module settings pages, which need settings or module management rights. MCP and the REST API run with the permissions of the staff member or token they belong to.

Honestly

Good to know before you start.

  • Third-party accounts, keys and their fees are your own: the payment provider's, Számlázz.hu's, Buffer's, OpenAI's and the SMS provider's.

  • Számlázz.hu has no test mode, so every invoice issued is real. You update the invoice number prefix (which includes the year) by hand each year, and invoices with a discount or adjustment, or with more than one tax on a line, cannot be issued. Payments recorded in Zircon CRM, online payments included, are not sent to Számlázz.hu, and automatically created invoices are not issued there by themselves.

  • The Buffer key is created by the Buffer organisation owner and is valid for at most a year. For images, the system must be publicly reachable over HTTPS.

  • The OpenAI features are off by default, usage is billed by OpenAI, and requests go out with OpenAI's "store" option switched on. MCP needs a supported AI client and HTTPS.

  • Watching mailboxes and every automatic sync need the server's scheduled job (cron). Among the SMS gateways, MSG91 is marked deprecated, and we do not recommend it for new setups.

Before you write

Fair questions. Straight answers.

  1. 01

Do the Zircon CRM integrations need any development?

Most do not: you enter the key created with the provider in the Zircon CRM settings and switch the integration on. Development is needed when you connect a system of your own through the REST API, because there is no ready-made connector for that.

  2. 02

Who pays the third-party fees alongside Zircon CRM?

The accounts are yours, so the providers bill you directly: the payment provider, OpenAI, Buffer or the SMS provider. Zircon CRM provides the connection and does not resell these services.

  3. 03

Can files be attached from Google Drive or Dropbox in Zircon CRM?

Yes, on customers, projects, tasks, leads, contracts and sales documents. Google Drive needs a Google API key and client ID, and Dropbox needs an app key. For Dropbox, Zircon CRM stores a link to the file.

  4. 04

Can customers reply to SMS messages sent from Zircon CRM?

No, SMS messages are one-way. One gateway can be active at a time, Twilio or Clickatell, and each event has its own editable message text.

  5. 05

Which integrations need HTTPS in Zircon CRM?

The MCP server, so that AI clients can reach it; Buffer publishing, because images must be on a public address; and browser desktop notifications. Some AI clients also need a short addition at the root of the website, which the Connect page shows you.
