In force since February 2025. Not complicated.
Under Article 4, companies that provide or use AI systems must take measures to ensure, to their best extent, a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff. The law prescribes no format and no certificate — but if an authority or a customer asks, you'll want to show what you did.

There is no official Article 4 certificate — the law names no certifying body. Ours documents attendance, the syllabus and a practical exam, which is what an auditor or a customer will ask to see.

Every format has a fixed price per group, quoted within two working days of your request — it depends on the group, the tools and whether we come to you. Prices exclude VAT; in Hungary we come on site, in Austria and Germany we run online or come on site at your travel cost.
