What it costs
Fixed price per phase. Quoted before it starts.
Fixed price, quoted after the first call. We don't publish a price list — a system is priced on its scope, and the scope is what Phase 0 produces. The specification has a fixed price, quoted after the first call; the MVP has a fixed-price quote before Phase 0 ends; every later phase the same. No credits between phases, no hourly billing surprises — the number in the quote is the number on the invoice. Prices exclude VAT.

…an off-the-shelf tool already fits your process. Then we'll say so in the workshop — and help you choose it.
…you want to skip the specification. Phase 0 is where the fixed price comes from; without it, nobody can promise you one.
…the decision-maker won't be in the workshop. Phase 0 without the owner produces a specification nobody signs.

Who maintains it in five years?
A standard stack (Laravel, Filament), documented, monitored, and kept current under Operations. Your own IT partner can read every line of the documentation from day one.

Can we keep the accountant's software?
Yes. We connect it; nobody retypes.
- 03
What happens to the old data?
Migrated in Phase 1 and checked with you; the old system stays read-only until you sign off.
- 04
Do we own the code?
You get a licence to use it; the code stays with Zircon. You keep using it after Operations ends, and if you ever want to move it to another company or provider, the hand-over is a paid transfer. We say that up front so it's never a surprise.
