Zircon is a software company from Hungary. For more than ten years we've built webshops, automations and custom systems for companies of every size — and run them: hosting, monitoring, support. Today we focus on AI automation and custom management software for small and mid-sized companies, at fixed prices, operated after go-live.

Contract clauses, not values

Five things we stick to.

These aren't values on a wall. They're contract clauses, quote formats and Monday-morning habits.

    Fixed price, because the risk is ours.

    If we underestimate, we pay for it. What you see in the quote is what you pay. If the scope changes, we discuss it before it costs anything.

    We don't sell what we wouldn't build for ourselves.

    If the audit shows it isn't worth it, the report says so. If an off-the-shelf product fits you better, we'll tell you which one.

  3. 03

    You're on the system after phase 1.

    No six-month project where you only see the result at the end. Every phase ends with something running, and you use it while the next one is built.

  4. 04

    A human answers. Within 24 hours.

    We build automations, but we don't automate the relationship. Behind support@zircon.hu sits someone who knows your system.

    Your data stays in the EU — and every hand it passes through is named.

    With you, or on our servers in Hungary, Germany or Finland. The AI models come from Anthropic, Google and OpenAI on terms with no data retention on the model side. Logging, a data-processing agreement, a sub-processor list you can read before you sign — all of it on the data-protection page.

Webshops and automations — systems serving 17+ countries — and custom software for small and mid-sized companies that had outgrown their spreadsheets. We've hosted and maintained what we built, which is where the operations habit comes from. Founded in 2015 by Tamás Őri; Zircon Creatives Kft. since 2023.

Direct, on purpose

No hand-offs. No account manager.

You talk to the engineer who understands your process, writes the code and watches the monitoring. Decisions happen in the room, not in a ticket queue — and when your system needs a change, you talk to whoever built it, not to an account manager who has to go and ask.

Since 2015, one direction.

Web development first. Then webshops and automations at a scale that taught us what running software really means. Today we build systems with AI for small and mid-sized companies.

Every week you see where things stand — on a running system, not a slide.
A standard stack
Laravel, Filament, our own EU platform. Nothing exotic: any Laravel developer can take it forward if they have to.
AI-assisted development
Agents, MCP connectors, generated tests. We design and review every line; generated tests run before every release; most of the typing is automatic. It's the same way we teach teams to work — and it's why a sprint takes weeks, not quarters.
On site or online
In Hungary we come to you for workshops. In Austria and Germany we work online — or on site, when you cover the travel. Audit interviews, weekly demos and support run online everywhere.
Languages
Hungarian, English and German for workshops, documentation and support.
Across the border
Contracts in English under Hungarian law, with a liability cap set in writing before we start. The questions an Austrian or German procurement department asks — answered on the data-protection page before they ask.
