  1. 01 · 2 weeks

    AI Potential Audit

    Where the hours go: a process map and a ranked list of what's worth automating — and what isn't. Your side: two business days of interviews and a read-through.

  2. 02 · 3–8 weeks

    Sprint

    One process, end to end. Fixed scope, fixed-price quote, connected to your systems. If the scope changes, we discuss it before it costs anything. Hand-over — training, documentation — and up to 30 days of aftercare included.

  3. 03 · Per phase

    System

    When you need more: custom software around the automations, delivered in fixed-price phases. You use the first phase while the next is built.

  4. 04 · Monthly or yearly

    Operations

    Hosting, monitoring, model and prompt upkeep, new automations. Quoted per system; longer contracts cost less per month.
