What we collect when you write to us, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted. One screen, no surprises.

What the form collects
Name, company, e-mail address, an optional phone number, an optional company size and start date, and your free-text answer.

Purpose
To reply to you and prepare the call — nothing else. No profiling. A newsletter only with a separate opt-in, when it exists.

Legal basis
Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); consent for the newsletter, when it exists (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Where it's stored and for how long
On our own EU servers, until the enquiry is closed — then deleted.

Who sees it
Zircon, and the hosting and e-mail provider as processors (listed on the data-protection page).

Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection — one e-mail to hello@zircon.hu is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).

Analytics
Self-hosted, cookieless, privacy-first (OpenPanel). No cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
