A multilingual CRM where everyone works in their own language

In Zircon CRM every staff member, client and lead has their own language, and that is the language of their interface, their e-mails and their PDFs. English, German and Hungarian are complete across the whole system, and 25 further languages cover the core interface. You also set the formats for dates, times and currencies.

In short

What does a multilingual CRM mean in Zircon CRM?

In a multilingual CRM everyone works in their own language, and clients receive messages and documents in theirs. Zircon CRM is complete in English, German and Hungarian across the whole system, including Zircon's own modules, and 25 further languages cover the core interface. It is built for service businesses that work across borders.

Sound familiar?

Today, whoever sends the e-mail decides the client's language.

If two of these ring true, language is still a manual choice for your team.

  1. 01

A colleague translates every menu item

Your Austrian colleague would rather work in German, but the system only speaks Hungarian. Every button and field needs translating.

  2. 02

The PDF comes out in the language of whoever downloads it

A staff member downloads the invoice from a Hungarian interface, so the foreign client gets a Hungarian PDF too. Someone has to switch the language every time.

  3. 03

The lead's language is lost on conversion

A lead who enquired in English becomes a client and starts receiving Hungarian e-mails, because nobody carried the language over.

What it does

What language handling in Zircon CRM covers.

Language belongs to the person, not to whoever happens to be at the keyboard.

Complete in English, German and Hungarian

English, German and Hungarian are complete across the whole system, including every bundled and in-house module. A language-check tool verifies that the three match before a change ships.

25 further languages for the core

Another 25 languages, including Czech, Slovak and Polish, cover the core interface. Where a line is missing, English text appears instead of a technical placeholder.

A language for everyone

Each staff member chooses a language in their profile and can switch from the sidebar at any time. Clients and leads have a default language too, and a lead's language is carried over when it becomes a client. In the portal, contacts can switch language from the menu themselves.

E-mails and PDFs in the recipient's language

E-mails and PDFs for clients are produced in the client's language, messages to staff in the staff member's language, and messages to leads in the lead's. An option makes client PDFs downloaded by staff come out in the client's language too.

Dates, times, time zone

You choose from seven date formats, a 24- or 12-hour clock and a default time zone; scheduled jobs and timestamps follow it.

Currencies and amounts in words

Each currency has its own decimal and thousand separators, and you decide whether the symbol goes before or after the amount. The total can also be written out in words on invoices, estimates and proposals, in the document's language.

How it works

How your system becomes a multilingual CRM.

  1. 01

    Company defaults

An administrator sets the default language, date and time format and time zone. If needed, they limit the selectable languages to English, German and Hungarian.

  2. 02

    Staff languages

Each staff member picks their own language: the Budapest office works in Hungarian, the Austrian colleague in German.

  3. 03

    Client languages

Every client gets a default language, English for an international client, for example. The primary contact can also change it on the company profile page in the portal.

  4. 04

From then on, in the recipient's language

Invoices, estimates, reminders and ticket replies reach each client in their language, with the right currency format, while everyone keeps their own interface language.

Honestly

Good to know before you start.

  • Complete coverage applies to English, German and Hungarian. The 25 further languages cover the core interface only; Zircon's own modules appear in English in those languages.

  • Date and time formats are a company-wide setting, not a per-client one.

  • If an e-mail template has no text in the recipient's language, the default-language version goes out, and English as a last resort. It is worth filling in the templates you use in every enabled language.

Before you write

Fair questions. Straight answers.

  1. 01

What does someone working in Czech or Polish see in Zircon CRM?

The core interface in their own language, and Zircon's own modules plus any missing lines in English. Complete coverage applies only to English, German and Hungarian; the 25 further languages, including Czech, Slovak, Polish and French, cover the core.

  2. 02

Can every client get invoices from Zircon CRM in their own language?

Yes. Every client has a default language, and PDFs sent by e-mail, created by the scheduler or downloaded by the client are produced in it. When a staff member downloads one, a setting makes it come out in the client's language as well.

  3. 03

Can one colleague work in German while the rest use Hungarian?

Yes. In Zircon CRM each staff member sets their own language in their profile and can switch any time from the user menu in the sidebar. E-mails addressed to them arrive in that language too.

  4. 04

Can we change Zircon CRM's interface wording to match our own terms?

Yes, per language. In a language override file any interface text can be replaced, for example if you call estimates something else, and custom field labels can be translated the same way. The administrator or we set up the file; it is not edited on screen.

  5. 05

Does Zircon CRM support right-to-left languages?

Yes. The admin area and the customer portal can each be switched to right-to-left, for Persian, for example. Every staff member and contact can override their own text direction.

Let's talk.

Bring an invoice or estimate you send to a client abroad. In the demo we show you the same document in German and Hungarian, together with the e-mail that goes with it.
