Runs in the browser · HU / EN / DESales reports and expense reports from live data
Zircon CRM builds its reports from the same invoices, payments, expenses, leads and timesheets your team works with every day. There is nothing to import or synchronise: pick the period and the currency, and the table is ready to export to Excel, CSV or PDF.

In short
Which reports does Zircon CRM include?
Sales reports show invoicing, payment and quote figures for a chosen period. The Reports menu in Zircon CRM holds seven sales tables and three sales charts, an expense report, a monthly Expenses vs Income comparison, lead conversion reports, a timesheets overview and knowledge base feedback. It is built for owners, finance staff, and sales and team leads.
Sound familiar?
At month end, everyone builds a spreadsheet.
If one of these sounds familiar, your reports are still made by hand.
- 01
Tax by rate, added up by hand
Your accountant wants last month's invoices broken down by tax rate. Someone exports from the invoicing tool, filters, and adds it up by hand.
- 02
Nobody knows which channel brings clients
Leads from the website, referrals and industry events sit in one list. Which of them actually became clients, nobody can say.
- 03
Was last month profitable?
Income is in the bank account, costs are in another spreadsheet. The answer arrives days later.
- 04
The team's hours, scattered
Time is logged, but totalling it by project and client is a separate job someone redoes every month.
What it does
What the reports in Zircon CRM cover.
Every report opens from the Reports menu, built from live data.
Seven sales reports as tables
Invoices, Items, Payments Received, Credit Notes, Proposals, Estimates and Customers. The invoice, estimate, proposal and credit note reports have a column per tax rate, plus discounts and adjustments; the invoice report also shows applied credits and the open amount. Cells link to the invoice, quote or customer.
Any period, per currency
This month, last month, this year, last year, the last 3, 6 or 12 months, a custom date range, or all time. A currency selector appears when you invoice in more than one currency. Cancelled invoices are left out.
What sells and how clients pay
The Items Report shows each product or service by quantity sold, total amount and average price. Payments Received lists payment mode and transaction ID, which makes reconciling against the bank statement straightforward.
Income charts
Payments received by month for the year, with credit note refunds deducted in the month they were refunded. Alongside: payments by payment mode, online payment gateways included, and payments by customer group.
Expenses by category and month
One row per category, one column per month, with net, tax and gross totals underneath. Exclude Billable Expenses leaves out costs you pass on to clients, so you see only your own. PDF and Excel export, plus a detailed, filterable expense table.
Expenses vs Income
A bar chart with two bars for every month: income received and expenses including tax, with a year selector so you can compare years.
Lead reports
This week's conversions by weekday, converted leads per lead source, and daily conversions for a month you choose. The staff report shows created, lost and converted leads for each salesperson.
Timesheets and knowledge base
The Timesheets overview shows the team's logged time, filtered by staff member, customer and project, optionally grouped by task, with a daily chart. The knowledge base report shows, article by article, how many readers found it useful and how many did not.
How it works
Month-end close in four steps.
- 01
Invoices Report for last month
Set the period to last month and pick the currency. Review net amounts, tax per rate, discounts, credits and open amounts.
- 02
Export for the accountant
Set the page length to All so the footer totals cover the whole period, then export to Excel.
- 03
Reconcile payments
Open Payments Received for the same period and match it against the bank statement by transaction ID and payment mode.
- 04
Costs and the result
In the expense report, tick Exclude Billable Expenses and save the PDF. Then check Expenses vs Income to see whether the month was profitable.
Control
Who can see reports, and who can export them.
Report permissions
Without a report permission, the Reports menu does not appear at all. Sales, expense, lead and knowledge base reports need the global view permission.
Timesheets with their own permission
The team-wide timesheets overview has its own permission. The same page also works as a personal timesheet view.
The export button setting
A global setting decides whether table export buttons are shown to all staff, to administrators only, or to nobody.

Honestly
Good to know before you start.
The currency filter shows figures in the selected currency without converting them. Expenses vs Income uses your base currency, so it gives an accurate picture for businesses that work in one currency.
Footer totals cover the rows on the current page. For the whole period, set the page length to All.
The Items Report only uses paid invoices, with amounts before discounts and taxes.
In the lead reports, a lead counts as converted when it is in the default customer status.
Before you write
Fair questions. Straight answers.
- 01
How does my accountant get last month's invoices by tax rate from Zircon CRM?
Open the Invoices Report, set the period to last month and the page length to All. Zircon CRM adds a column for every tax rate in use, with totals in the footer, and the table exports to Excel, CSV or PDF.
- 02
Can Zircon CRM show which lead source actually turns into clients?
Yes. The leads report shows converted leads per source as a bar chart, so you can see which channel brings clients. The staff report breaks the same down per salesperson.
- 03
Does Zircon CRM convert invoices in different currencies in its reports?
No. If you invoice in several currencies, the report gets a currency selector and always shows figures for the selected currency, unconverted.
- 04
What goes into the Items Report in Zircon CRM?
Only line items from paid invoices, before discounts and taxes. You see quantity sold, total amount and average price for each product or service, and you can filter by sale agent.
- 05
Do invoices of deleted customers stay in the reports?
Yes. Invoices and payments of deleted customers keep the customer name recorded at deletion in Zircon CRM's reports, so figures for past periods do not change.
