A CRM dashboard everyone arranges for their own work

The Zircon CRM dashboard is the first page after signing in: open invoices, estimates and proposals, leads, projects, tasks, tickets and expiring contracts on one screen. Each person decides which widgets they see and where, and everyone sees only the figures their permissions allow.

In short

What is the Zircon CRM dashboard for?

A dashboard is one page that shows a company's key figures alongside your own to-do list. The Zircon CRM dashboard is built from widgets: quick statistics, a finance overview, your tasks, the calendar, lead and project charts, and tickets. Each staff member arranges it by drag and drop, hides what they do not need, and sees only what their permissions allow. Built for management, finance and the daily team.

Sound familiar?

Five tabs before you know what is urgent today.

If one of these sounds familiar, your day still starts with searching.

  1. 01

Overdue invoices live in another system

On Monday morning, finance signs in to the invoicing tool, then the project board, then the inbox. By the time the picture comes together, the morning is gone.

  2. 02

    One start page for everyone

The designer gets the same finance figures at sign-in as the owner, and has to click around to find their own tasks.

  3. 03

A nice chart that leads nowhere

The report says how many invoices are overdue, but finding out which ones means opening another list.

  4. 04

An expired contract, noticed too late

A support contract ran out last week, and nobody notices until the client reports a fault.

What it does

What the Zircon CRM dashboard shows.

Up to 13 built-in widgets, plus widgets from the modules you have switched on.

Quick Statistics on top

Four tiles: Invoices Awaiting Payment, Converted Leads, Projects In Progress and Tasks Not Finished, each shown against the total with a progress bar. If someone cannot see one of them, the others fill the space.

Finance Overview with clickable rows

Invoices by status (draft, not sent, unpaid, partially paid, overdue, paid), with counts and percentages, and the same for estimates and proposals. Every row opens the filtered list. Below it sit the outstanding, past-due and paid invoice amounts, with a currency switcher if you invoice in several currencies.

Your own work in one panel

Tabs for your tasks, your projects, your reminders and open tickets. Administrators also see the 30 most recent activity log entries here. The company calendar, with its filters, fits alongside.

Payment Records chart

The weekly view compares this week's payments with last week's, day by day; the monthly view shows this year's payments by month. Payments on cancelled invoices are left out.

Charts you can click

Leads and projects by status, and tickets awaiting reply by status and by department, as doughnut charts. Clicking a segment opens the filtered list.

Contracts Expiring Soon

A table of contracts whose end date falls within seven days of today, either side, so you see those about to expire and those that just have, with customer and dates.

Support performance per staff member

For administrators: assigned, open and closed tickets, replies and the average time to the first reply for each staff member, for this week through to last year.

Widgets from modules

Goals with progress bars, the applications directory launcher, Social Manager ideas per stage with upcoming posts, hosting and domain renewals due in the next 30 days, and the Számlázz.hu sync status. They appear when a module is switched on and disappear when it is switched off.

How it works

From the default layout to your own.

  1. 01

Sign in to the default layout

A new staff member first sees the default layout: quick statistics on top, then finance, personal work, the calendar and charts. Only what their role allows is shown.

  2. 02

Hide what you do not need

In Dashboard Options you untick the widgets you do not use. A designer, for example, hides the Finance Overview.

  3. 03

    Drag it into place

Grab a widget by its handle and drop it into any area: the full-width top strip, the two half-width columns, the wide left or narrow right column, or the three columns at the bottom. The layout is saved to your user account, whichever device you sign in from.

  4. 04

From a figure to the list

During the day, clicking the overdue row opens the overdue invoices, and clicking a segment of the leads chart opens the leads in that status. If the layout gets messy, Reset Dashboard brings the default back.

Control

One page, everyone with their own data.

Figures that follow permissions

Invoice, estimate and proposal figures follow the view permissions for those areas, including "view own" and "view assigned". A salesperson who can only see their own invoices gets statistics for their own invoices, not the whole company's.

Own records without global rights

Without global view rights, project, task, lead and contract figures are limited to the staff member's own records. Ticket charts respect the setting that limits support staff to their own departments.

For administrators only

The latest activity log entries and the per-staff support performance table are shown to administrators only.

A personal layout

Widget order and visibility are personal settings. When someone rearranges their dashboard, nobody else's changes.

Honestly

Good to know before you start.

  • Widgets that depend on data, such as this week's events, ticket charts and goals, cannot be switched off by hand: they appear when there is something to show and hide themselves when there is not.

  • The dashboard is a summary layer. Detailed filtering and export live in the reports and lists the widgets link to.

  • Module widgets follow their module's permissions: only staff who can see Social Manager or hosting renewals see those widgets.

Before you write

Fair questions. Straight answers.

  1. 01

Can every user set up their own start page in Zircon CRM?

Yes. In Zircon CRM each staff member chooses which widgets to show and arranges them by drag and drop. The layout is saved to their own account, does not affect anyone else's, and Reset Dashboard restores the default.

  2. 02

Can a salesperson see total company revenue on the Zircon CRM dashboard?

Only if their permissions allow it. Someone who can only view their own invoices sees figures for their own invoices in the finance widgets. Projects, tasks, leads and contracts are limited to their own records in the same way.

  3. 03

Which modules add their own widgets to the Zircon CRM dashboard?

Goals, the applications directory, Social Manager, hosting and domain renewals, and the Számlázz.hu integration. When a module is switched on its widget appears, and when it is switched off the widget goes.

  4. 04

Can Zircon CRM show how quickly our support team replies?

Administrators see a per-staff table on the dashboard with the average time to the first reply on assigned tickets, plus assigned, open and closed tickets and the number of replies. The period runs from this week to last year.

  5. 05

Can finance figures be hidden from people who do not need them?

Yes, in two ways. Zircon CRM only shows the finance overview to staff who can view invoices, estimates or proposals. Anyone who has the rights but not the need can hide it in Dashboard Options.

Let's talk.
